At Green Method, I take a holistic approach to massage therapy by focusing on the mind-body connection and treating the whole person. My goal is to help you achieve balance, harmony, and homeostasis in your life through the healing power of touch.
I offer a variety of massage services, including Swedish, deep tissue, clinical, hot stone, and prenatal massage. I am trained in a wide range of techniques and modalities such as neuromuscular therapy, trigger point therapy, passive stretching, biomagnetic cupping, and myofascial release. I also use only the highest quality natural and organic products.
I have 14 years of experience as a Licensed Massage Therapist in the North suburbs of Chicago. I am dedicated to providing the highest level of care and attention to each of my clients. I am passionate about what I do, and strive to create a warm and welcoming environment for all who visit.
